Sharing my office skills with Small Businesses

Not everyone has access to an office, or even the office skills they often need, so end up having to do without.
We aren't all planners with organised schedules and lives.

Because we are all different, with different skills levels, we can't do everything ourselves - even I accept that, sometimes.
I'm here to share some of my skills to help you.


I'm still available for services over the Winter but I will be re-launching early in the new year, hopefully with a regular drop-in venue.

Windows Computers (Laptops & Desktops)
Book a service now (from £10) - Sunday Services in Prescot 12pm-6pm. Deanes House or The Clock Face.
Other days, times and venues available on request. Onsite visits available.

Non-working Computer
I should be able to clone the hard drive or copy essential files to a new drive, as long as the hard drive hasn't failed.
If Windows is failing to boot then I should be able to do a clean install.
Cost: £20-£50, depending on specific requirements

Slow but still working
If your Windows PC is over 2 years old then I would recommend a check up.
This can take just 1-2 hours, for which I charge £10-£20.
More detailed services, with system, software installations and updates, hardware upgrades, etc are available for extra charges, which will be agreed in advance.
Computers over 6 years old may still function and can be used for basic services, however an upgrade to a new machine or parts upgrade would be highly recommended. I can review and quote for suitable options. 
Old machines can be (dual)installed with Linux Mint to give you full Web Browser & Office Suite features. 

Forgotten Password
I can reset or delete the user password, to give you full access back to your computer.
This usually takes about 15 minutes and can be done as part of a service package.

Small Businesses Contracts
Contracts available, from £30 per visit, depending on your specific requirements.
This can include online support, on-site quarterly or half-yearly visits, for updates, system checks and troubleshooting.

Sorry but services are not available for Apple Computers or Chromebooks

Do you need a website? The answer may be yes. 

You've got social media feeds but a simple, clear website can add value to your business by making key information easily accessible. Many companies don't even list their opening hours on social media.

I can design and arrange hosting to meet your requirements. The draft site often available in 2-3 days, for a £20-£50 deposit. Live site usually within 2 weeks, depending on specific requirements.

Cost from £160, payable as £50 for month 1, then 11 months at £10. More detailed sites will usually cost £200-£300.

Office Visits or 3rd Party Venue

Liverpool, Knowsley & St Helens
I have agreements to use a few pubs in Prescot for laptop servicing.
Available most Sundays 2pm-6pm at The Clock Face Hotel, Prescot and from 12 noon at Deanes House.
We can also use any other suitable venue, where power sockets are available.
I can get to most destinations within the Liverpool, Knowsley & St Helens areas.
A travel charge of £5-£10 may apply, if outside Huyton & Prescot.

Do your accounts need streamlining?

A simple to use accounts system that you can access online, via your base computer and even your mobile phone?
I can help set up a system to meet your requirements, provide the necessary training and ongoing support.
Deposit £50, which covers approx 2-4 hours set up and training.

There are free website design packages out there but have you got the time, or skills, to learn how to use it. Save the stress and for a fair price I'll help with designing and hosting.
