ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
I can help register and set up Zoho Books to meet your requirements.
This could take 2-4 hours depending on your requirement and will require a deposit charged at 2 hours at my standard rate. Any additional time will be invoiced on the day and payable within 30 days.
Deposit £50.00 (as at 1st August 2024)
Zoho Books Free includes:
1 User & 1 Accountant
Items: Transaction Administration including unit type, product code, vendor name
Banking: Bank Account, Petty Cash, Stripe, GoCardless & PayPal clearing
Sales: Customers, Quotes, 1000 Invoices, Payments Received & Credit Notes
Vendors: Expenses
Reports: Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Sales, Receivable and more.
Documents: All uploaded documents, Bank Statements and other uploaded files.
Chargeable - Standard - £12 per month or £120 per year - extras include:
3 users, 5000 invoices, Connect Bank & Credit Cards, Recurring Expenses. Square & 2Checkout.
Chargeable - Professional - £24 per month or £240 per year - extras include:
5 users, Timesheet and Billing, Bills, Payments Made, Vendor Credits & Recurring Bills
These are very useful features if you have the budget for this. Alternatively Bills can be uploaded and attached to transactions and views in Documents.
Other premium packages are available but probably not required for small businesses and sole traders.
I can also set up a payment provider such as Square or Stripe so that you can take card payments.
The Android/iPhone Apps are free but other hardware is chargeable and may require additional set up support.

Square = £19+vat = £22.80 (SQUARE Card Reader (2nd gen) - no PIN entry)
Stripe = £49+vat = £58.80 (BBPOS WisePad 3 - includes pin pad)
Wi-Fi Connection with receipts
Square = £149+vat = £178.80 (Square Terminal)
Stripe = Not shown on their website

Support and changes to your systems will be billed at the end of each month.
If you require data input, production of quotes and invoices, etc these will be charged at the standard hourly rate for the time worked and billed at the end of each month.
This agreement is made between:
a) Roy Benham, also known as Beth Nicole Gordon, trading as Benico Enterprises and The Office Connection (referred to as OC@BE), and
b) [individuals or organisation] (referred to as the Client).
The contract is a rolling monthly contract, to be billed at the end of each calendar month, or other agreed date.
AGREEMENT:
Upon payment of the deposit the Client accepts the terms and conditions set out by OC@BE.
If OC@BE is unable to complete the Client's order then the deposit will be refunded in full and the contract terminated.
SET-UP:
All necessary accounting services will be set up by OC@BE to the specific Client requirements, following payment of the agreed deposit. This will include, but is not limited to, Zoho Books and Square Payments, or alternative.
3RD PARTY FEES:
Any costs paid to a 3rd party will be paid from the deposit and will not be refundable.
INVOICES:
Paid deposits will be deducted from the initial invoice.
All invoices must be paid within 30 days. Late payment will be subject to interest and additional costs, in accordance with The late payment of commercial debts (interest) Act 1998.
SERVICES:
Services will only be provided as covered by paid invoices.
Additional work will be invoiced and be payable before work is carried out.
Services will be suspended or cancelled in the event of late or non-payment of invoices.
